Your Opportunity
The Vendor Repair Account Specialist acts as the liaison with vendors to ensure timely execution in completing repairs on time. Committed to communication of details involving delivery of on time service orders and receipt of vendor paperwork.
Essential Functions
- Daily follow up with vendors regarding all regionally assigned repair service orders that are in process, ensuring on time completion as required by Telgian and its customer contracts.
- Working directly with the vendors, establish processes with the vendors' administrative teams to improve performance where needed; high focus on scorecard results.
- Act as vendors' first point of contact by communicating with vendors using phone and email to resolve all outstanding payment and quality opportunities. Escalate within vendors' organization when necessary
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience or training; Customer Service, Fire Protection Knowledge, Vendor Management
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer skills required; Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred
