Position Summary
The primary function of the Program Assistant is to provide clerical and other administrative support services to assist in the effective functioning of a program or group of programs. In the absence of the Program Supervisor, the Program Assistant provides leadership and supervision to staff.

Essential Functions
- Work proficiently with Tellurians technical systems, to include phone, email. EHR etc.
- Perform regular data entry and EHR data base management.
- Utilize effective verbal and written communication skills to provide support to Program Supervisor as well as other program staff.
- Display an ability to work as a team player, in order to maintain effective working relationships with all coworkers.
- Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.
- Provide word processing services for program(s) including correspondence, reports, forms creation.
- Perform data entry functions and report production including special reports, as needed by program.
- Assure that all physical building repairs and maintenance are reported and completed in a timely fashion.
- Participate in and contribute to the performance management of program staff, including recruitment, onboarding and new hire training.
- Organize and maintain a paper filing system that follows relevant guidelines
- Support supervisor in clinical tasks such as ISPs, Behavioral Plans, Safety Plans, intakes, assessments, discharges, etc.
- Coordinate client outings and activities in the community.
- Bachelors Degree and two years of related experience OR
- High School Diploma/GED and five years of related experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to enter data into billing system
