Business Analyst/SHAREPOINT/AZURE/DEVOPS/CLARITY

Roles and responsibilities:

• Candidate must be a self-starting team player, able to manage multiple assignments at one time; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve
• Ability to keep initiatives on track, strong organizational skills including attention to detail; Clarity, SharePoint, DevOps, Agile Methodology and PMO experience a plus.
• Experienced in business process analyses, developing business requirements, use cases and needs assessments to align information technology solutions with business initiatives using industry accepted practices. Experience in creating end user documentation, standards, and processes.
• Organizes and facilitates application testing and user acceptance to ensure business needs are met.
• Provides support for Production incidents and facilitates troubleshooting and close out of reported issues for applications.
• Support Clarity PPM application and initiatives, including project reviews, reports, annual planning, as well as testing/validation of changes, releases, patches and upgrades.

Technical Environment(s): Clarity, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive for Business).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
