Responsibilities

- Assist clients in setting personal goals and developing action plans to achieve them.
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients in meaningful conversations about their recovery journey.
- Collaborate with mental health professionals to create comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Conduct crisis intervention as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during challenging situations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with organizational policies.
- Stay informed about community resources and services available for individuals facing mental health or addiction challenges.

- Proficient in addiction counseling techniques, including motivational interviewing and crisis management strategies.

Pay: $16.87 - $25.00 per hour
