We are seeking a full-time, mid to senior level Finance Administrator/Manager to join our team. The position is located in Greenbelt, MD and requires the person to be on-site. The ideal candidate will have expertise in government contract administration and compliance, customer and supplier negotiations, as well as project control and business reporting. Responsibilities
- Producing and preparing financial reports
- Creating strategies and plans for long-term financial goals
- Reviewing financial information
- Creating financial models for growth/investment, risk containment, etc.
- Support the management of the end-to-end contract process from initiation to closure
- Support negotiations of terms and conditions with vendors and clients
- Support drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure contracts meet business needs
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Work Authorization: Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident.
Role/Work Schedule
This is a full-time, on-site position at our Greenbelt, MD office.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in DCAA finance and contract requirements
- Proven experience in finance; proven experience in contract administration is beneficial but is not a requirement
- Some Familiarity with legal drafting and contract terminology
- Strong understanding of finance principles
- Proficiency in utilizing systems for finance tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
