Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Manager to support Tarek El Moussa, the CEO and founder of TEM Capital. As Tarek’s trusted right hand, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless management of his real estate company, enabling him to focus on driving the strategic vision and growth of the business.


This is a critical role that requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong analytical skills, and the capacity to navigate complex and shifting priorities. You will work closely with Tarek to be the integrator at TEM Capital. This includes the ability to anticipate his needs, oversee the formation of key team members for the real estate company, prepare materials for meetings and events, liaise with internal and external stakeholders and investors, and provide data-driven insights to support key decisions. Additionally, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, serving as a liaison between Tarek, outside advisors, investors, and the executive team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar high-level operations role in the real estate industry
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and

deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from internal team members to high-profile clients and industry partners
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools
  • Comfortable working with confidential information and handling sensitive matters with discretion
  • Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful, with a positive and collaborative attitude



Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication and information flow between Tarek and his internal team, clients, industry partners, and other external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the efficient day-to-day operations of the business, including managing communications with

investors, strategic partners, and outside advisors.

  • Track progress, identify potential roadblocks, and provide regular updates to ensure deadlines are met. Be able to identify, discuss, and resolve issues.



Future Responsibilities

  • Conduct research, analyze data, and provide Tarek with data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Operational oversight to ensure that processes align with the organization’s vision.
  • Focus on metrics to ensure that daily activities align with long-term objectives.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of Tarek’s strategic initiatives and special projects for the real

estate companies.

  • Working with accounting team to be accountable for the organization’s P&L results.
  • Works with executive team to execute the organization’s business plan.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to integrate essential functions, such as sales, marketing,

operations, and finance.
