Duties
- Perform general labor tasks, including but not limited to lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure personal and team safety.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly, (50 pounds short distance occasionally).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions.
- Basic knowledge of construction or manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions as needed.
- A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions.
