TempExperts is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a government company in St. Petersburg, FL for a 3 month temporary assignment
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Utilizing Microsoft Office for reports, tracking, and other tasks.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, handling some email correspondences, etc.
- Screening and routing inbound phone calls.
- Assist executive staff including calendar, correspondence, meeting minutes, and reports.
- Maintain office supplies, keep inventory, and place requisition orders.
- Maintain polite and professional communication in person, on the phone, and through e-mail correspondence.
- Other special projects as assigned.
- 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Associate degree preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent typing and customer service skills.
- Great written and verbal communication.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Reliable and timely, great attendance.
