This immediate opening is REMOTE and qualified candidates should have an active NEW YORK BAR LICENSE and reside in New York.
The selected Asbestos Litigation Attorney should have a minimum of three years of experience with all stages of asbestos-specific litigation. In addition to a New York bar license, bar admission in other states is preferred, but not required.
The ideal candidate should have excellent academic credentials, superior interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should:
