Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Welcome and professionally engage every customer/guest on the phone or in person to ensure expectations are met.
- Assign account numbers and enter new customer information into the database.
- Accurately track and enter orders into the system.
- Accurate data entry.
- Maintaining records of dispatched calls, driver routes, route changes, as well as delivery and pickup times.
- Assign and dispatch trucks for orders and interoffice delivery.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company products.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exemplary attendance and punctuality.
- Maintain professionalism.
- Standing and walking showroom/grounds 25% of day.
- Dispatching experience a plus.
