Position Summary

The Commercial Construction HVAC General Laborer works as part of a team to install mechanical systems on various commercial construction sites.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Work well with customers, co-workers, and subcontractors
• Ability to assist with installation of equipment.
• Always Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Basic Safety knowledge of hand tools and tape measurer.
• Valid driver's license
• Other duties as assigned

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven and adaptable to change.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in tight/open/high/low spaces
• Ability to work comfortably from a ladder
• Ability to manipulate small objects with fingers
• Ability to work in variable weather conditions

• Ability to pass full background screening and drug screening
• Ability to pass MVR check

• Ability to travel, as needed, for projects or training
