Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of refrigeration systems to identify potential issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of refrigeration equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in refrigeration systems, including compressors, evaporators, condensers, and controls.
- Repair or replace defective components, such as valves, thermostats, motors, and electrical wiring.
- Perform leak detection and repair tasks to prevent refrigerant leaks and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Install new refrigeration systems, including piping, insulation, and electrical connections, according to specifications and safety standards.
- Test and calibrate refrigeration systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
- Document all service and maintenance activities accurately, including work performed, parts used, and time spent.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on the operation and maintenance of refrigeration systems.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in refrigeration and HVAC systems required.
- Proven experience as a refrigeration technician or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
