Overview
We are seeking a Director to lead our organization in delivering high-quality services to our program's children. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively supervise staff, manage students, and develop programs that enhance the lives of those we serve.
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with all company regulations and standards.
- Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth.
- Ensuring the program meets the standards of Paths to Quality (PTQ) and state licensing procedures and policies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with community partners, child intervention services, and families to promote collaboration and support.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve service delivery.
- Lead administrative functions including reporting, policy development, and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- Experience working in education is preferred.
- Experience in Montessori pedagogy is preferred. If not experienced, then willing to learn and implement within the program.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- An Associate degree with 3 years of experience in early childhood education. -OR- A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in early childhood education. -OR- Any Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science with CDA or 15 credit hours documented in skills, development or teaching methods of children (6) years of age or younger.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
