TITLE: Manager – Systems, Data and Customer Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the areas of facilities and/or school management
- Ability to obtain a State of Arizona Identify Verified (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Valid state issued driver license (position requires travel to multiple sites using a district vehicle)
Preferred Qualifications:

Role Overview:
The Manager – Systems, Data and Customer Experience is responsible for overseeing the integration of the work order system, data management, and customer interactions with a focus on ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires a strong understanding of both technical systems and customer-facing processes to enhance efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and drive overall work order efficiency. Additionally responsible for managing vendor relationships, serving as the work order system administrator, and is the key point of contact for FMFL with principals and office managers. Generates reports and tracks key performance indicators. Manages permits and ensures timely renewals. Troubleshoots purchase order issues and serves as a liaison between school sites and FMFL trades. May occasionally
assist with emergency situations and maintenance requests.

Responsibilities:
Systems and Data Management
- Manage work order system and provide training to employees as needed
- Lead data collection and KPI reporting to identify trends and areas for opportunity
- Generate reports and communicate status to FMFL team and the district
- Manage permits and ensure timely renewals
FMFL Liaison
- Serve as the designated liaison for FMFL with school sites and other departments
- Develop and execute strategies that enhance the customer experience
- Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies for improvement
Vendor Relations
- Serve as vendor point of contact for problem solving and issue resolution
- Collaborate with FMFL and vendors to ensure seamless execution of work
- Obtain quotes and ensure purchasing compliance
- Ensure vendor work completed per standard
Customer Service
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries
- Problem solve issues and develop a plan for resolution
