Job Responsibilities :
- Provides administrative support to ensure accuracy and efficiency during operations.
- Assist with customer inquiries through all inbound calls.
- Collaboratewith the Sales Team to accommodate customer orders
- Multitasking at a high volume.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication.
- Supports the team by performing tasks relative to the organization.
- Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
- Ensures completion of customer order worksheets, and creation of CXI Bill of Ladings.
- Maintain constant communication with CXI Dispatcher.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking office stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies with manager.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Able to maneuver through clerical capabilities such as, typing, copying, scanning, reprinting, etc.
- communicates with warehouse associates multiple times a day on order fulfillment questions, concerns, or any other related issues pertaining to outbound deliveries.

Minimum Start Rate $16.00 hourly
