Position Overview: We are currently in search of a highly skilled HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team. This role is ideal for someone with a robust technical background in HVAC systems, and customer service and inventory management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in creating and maintaining our reputation for high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HVAC service team in daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Expertly diagnose and resolve complex residential HVAC system issues.
  • Clearly communicate and present service options and recommendations to customers.
  • Efficiently manage inventory to ensure ready availability of parts and equipment.
  • Train and guide service technicians, enhancing their skills in HVAC technology and customer service excellence.
  • Uphold all safety standards and company policies.
  • Formulate strategies to boost service efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and service-related issues swiftly.
  • Collaborate with various departments for cohesive service delivery.
  • Budget management for the service department.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as an HVAC Service Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of residential HVAC systems.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective presentation of service options to customers.
  • Leadership capabilities with a focus on team development.
  • Familiarity with HVAC industry safety standards and regulations.
  • Multi-tasking ability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA certification).

Compensation: $72.000 - $120.000

Salary : $50,000 - $100,000
