Job Summary :
The Customer Care Administrator will coordinate services with care and empathy and provide exceptional support to patients, clients, and staff.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties :
Foster and maintain a professional relationship while building a strong rapport with patients and clients.
Responsible for answering and routing incoming calls in a fast-paced medical environment, assessing and appropriately responding to customer’s information needs in an accurate, courteous, and competent manner.
Process appointment assignments through company navigation software.
Maintains excellence in customer service by being compassionate, empathetic, and responsive to the needs of internal and external community.
Always maintain patient and family confidentiality.
Provides a supportive atmosphere to people seeking information and assists with program information.
Continually builds trust with community partners.
Promotes leadership and teamwork. Minimum Qualifications Required :
High school diploma or GED
Excellent verbal and written and communication skills.
Excellent typing and computer skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
