About The Role

At Templafy, we believe that investing in our people is essential to driving business success and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. As our Learning & Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing a company-wide Learning & Development (L&D) framework that aligns with Templafy’s strategic goals and empowers employees to reach their full potential.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate L&D professional to build a structured approach to training and development across departments while working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative SaaS environment.

This person will be part of the People team, and will report directly to the Global Vice President, People, who sits in the Copenhagen office.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive Learning & Development framework for all Templafyers, ensuring alignment with the Templafy’s vision and goals.
  • Identify skill gaps and future workforce requirements in collaboration with leaders across teams.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate and standardize training efforts across Templafy to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and external vendors to design and deliver training content.
  • Oversee onboarding to ensure new Templafyers are set up for success.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements based on feedback and data.
  • Manage tools and platforms that enhance learning experiences (e.g. Sana, our LMS system).
  • Ensure all training materials are accessible, up-to-date, and aligned with Templafy standards.
  • Define and monitor success metrics for L&D initiatives, such as learning outcomes and ROI.
  • Regularly report progress and insights to leadership.

Qualifications

  • 3 years experience in designing and implementing Learning & Development frameworks, ideally within a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or similar tools.

Compensation

US Salary: $132,000-$156,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
