We are seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative, problem-solver to join our team as the K-12 Logistics Coordinator for our synagogue's Jewish learning programs.

ABOUT TBS K-12 LEARNING PROGRAMS
TBS offers a rich and robust selection of afternoon Jewish learning programs for about 675 children in grades K-12. It is our version of what is often called "religious school" in other communities, but it is a completely different approach to learning in a congregational setting. ABOUT THE ROLE
The K-12 Logistics and Administrations Coordinator (LAC) works in close partnership with our K-12 Leadership Team and faculty to bring to life our vision for excellence in learning. The K-12 LAC is a critical part of the team, tying together all of the logistical and administrative details that keep things humming and thriving.
Responsibilities:
The K-12 LAC is responsible for transportation management, communication, daily administrative tasks, scheduling, event logistics, organizing supplies and equipment, maintaining systems for attendance and dismissal, and more. The K-12 LAC also works closely with the TBS Kitchen Manager on daily food service for children. Details about individual responsibilities may be provided upon request.
Schedule:
During the school year (September to June), the hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 10:00 am-6:30 pm. There is some flexibility with this schedule during the summer months (July-August). Our desired start date is May 5, 2025.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary range is $55,000-58,000 per year. TBS offers generous benefits for full-time employees, including medical insurance, dental insurance, retirement contributions, flexible spending plans, and more.
