Description
Perinatal Social Worker, Department of OB/Gyn on the Women and Families Campus. The Therapist provides emotional or mental health therapy or counseling in an outpatient setting, facilitates therapy sessions for patients, assesses mental or emotional disorders, gathers and interprets social, personal, environmental and health information, develops treatment plans and individual goals, and modifies plans over time in response to patient progress, documents assessments and treatments, collaborates with consulting psychiatrist, primary care team, providers and care team, may refer patients for more specialized services or community resources.
Education
Masters Degree : Social Work (Required)
Experience
2 Years experience in the clinical field (Required)
Previous experience in integrated behavioral health (Preferred)
License/Certifications
CSW-LIC - PA Clinical Social Worker Lic (Required)
CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (Preferred)
Bilingual (Highly Preferred)
