Reporting to Temple Health's EVP & Chief Counsel and working closely with the CEO, Cancer Center Director and COO of Fox Chase Cancer Center, this General Counsel � Fox Chase Cancer Center will manage and lead the legal affairs for the Fox Chase Cancer Center. This executive role will oversee all legal matters for Fox Chase and will provide legal advice and guidance to Fox Chase executive leadership on a wide range of legal, business development, intellectual property, regulatory and governance issues. This role will also serve as Assistant Secretary for Fox Chase corporate entities and oversee the governance of those entities.

Education
Doctorate Degree : J.D. (Required)
Other: Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar or admission in a jurisdiction with reciprocity with Pennsylvania and the ability to be admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania (Required)

Experience
15 years of experience in a top law firm and/or sophisticated corporate legal department, including experience in a leadership role managing attorneys and providing legal support to executive leadership. (Required)
Legal experience advising clients in a healthcare or life sciences with specific experience in outlicensing, research and development and clinical trials (Preferred)
