Other: Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar or admission in a jurisdiction with reciprocity with Pennsylvania and the ability to be admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania (Required)
Experience
15 years of experience in a top law firm and/or sophisticated corporate legal department, including experience in a leadership role managing attorneys and providing legal support to executive leadership. (Required)
Legal experience advising clients in a healthcare or life sciences with specific experience in outlicensing, research and development and clinical trials (Preferred)
