Job Requirements:

TEMPO Employment Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Operations Assistant to join our team. As an Office Operations Assistant, you will provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate and excellent benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with staff members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Strong computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Two or more years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
