Job Description:
Immediate opening for a full-time Receptionist to work for a well-established business in Washburn. Excellent daytime schedule; competitive pay and benefits available. Full-Time/Days; 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday; $18.00 - $22.00/hr. depending on experience.
The Receptionist will answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and manage a variety of clerical and data entry duties for the facility. Good communication and customer service skills a must; prior clerical and/or administrative experience strongly preferred. Applicants should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, scheduling software, and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and forward messages and requests for information to appropriate personnel.
- Greet visitors coming into the facility and provide them with information and/or directions.
- Schedule appointments and keep an organized calendar to coordinate meetings and events for management and administrative staff.
- Collect, review, and file electronic and paper documents in accordance with established procedures.
- Distribute documents, notices, and other materials to staff, clients, and employees.
- Accurately complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries. Process outgoing mail and packages for shipment.
- Maintain an inventory of office supplies for distribution within the facility. Order new materials as needed.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required. Degree or advanced training/education in Business Administration or related field strongly preferred.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy required; must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, desktop computers and other standard office equipment.
Schedule: Full-Time/Days; 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00/hr. depending on experience.
