Summary: The ideal candidate that Tempo, Inc. is searching for would possess the drive and ambition to successfully complete all tasks assigned by the Billing Manager in a timely manner while paying keen attention to detail. We need a strong team player who can successfully assist in the completion of accurate and timely work schedules, job set up and job updates. This individual would also be driven by the self-gratification of high levels of inventory accuracy derived from streamlined processes created/implemented. We feel that the successful candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, dead-line driven environment
Reports to: Billing Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the completion of accurate and timely work schedules, job set up and job updates.
- Complete accurate and timely job set up (including but not limited to a 3-week lead time ahead for trims & roughs where information is available) in Service Titan, QuickBase and other applicable applications.
- Complete timely installation schedules.
- Back up for Lead Scheduler and perform all tasks applicable to the Lead Scheduler.
- Continue to create/implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Any other duties assigned by the Billing Manager.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate at a high level, both written and verbal, and to both internal and external customers.
- Manage and coordinate projects utilizing systems within the Tempo, Inc. umbrella including but not limited to (Microsoft 365, QuickBase, Service-Titan, Intacct, and all other applicable applications.)
- High level of personal responsibility, accuracy, and organization.
- Strong level of follow-up.
- Minimum of two years of applicable experience.
- Self-motivated attitude and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
- Minimum of 40 training hours per year.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Strong Project Management experience.
- Manage existing Production Builder Accounts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, computer ability, and technology understanding.
- Functional knowledge of Engineering/Design practices.
- High level of personal responsibility and organization.
- Prioritize and work simultaneously on several projects within a single day.
- Effective Microsoft Excel analysis
