What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Temporaries of New England, Inc.?
Customer Service Representative $18.00 to $20.00
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm with some flexibility in hours.
Saturday and Sunday off.
This is a temp to perm position for the right applicant
This position will be responsible for but not limited to daily customer order calls, document proofing, call ahead
orders, checking sale sheets for sale orders as well as other job related duties.
Essential Job Functions
.
Call customers for regular and call ahead orders; arrange shipping documents in numerical order and put
billing documents together, email orders as needed, proof documents for appropriate signatures and
pricing, fax indicated invoices to Accounting Coordinator, check emails for orders received and process.

Place Call Sheets in numerical order by customer number and compare Proofing Report to Order Sheets
for accuracy.

Other job related duties including but not limited to all other clerical related duties.
Non-Essential Job Functions

Filing, organizing files, copying, sorting, emailing, etc.
Activity and Knowledge Requirements
Knowledge Requirements: Education, Experience, Certifications, etc
.
High school diploma required. 1-2 years Customer Service experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft
Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Physical Effort: Lifting, dexterity, coordination, mobility, etc.
.
Must be mobile, able to bend, kneel and to lift 25lbs.
Work Environment: Extended Hours, shift work, noise, etc.
.
Occasional extended hours required to meet product demand.
Salary : $18 - $20
