Our Machine Operator will be provided guidance from our Line Leads.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The ability to stage and load raw materials while maintaining the integrity of the material, and without interrupting the flow of the raw materials.
- Follow all accepted work methods and comply with all relevant SOPs.
- Monitor machine performance to ensure the machine is running properly and producing quality output.
- While monitoring, record and report conditions of the product and process specifications to the Line Lead or others, in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate understanding of and compliance with all aspects of applicable ISO quality control standards.
- Assist the Line Lead with changeovers and start-ups.
- Line Lead will guide the Machine Operator 1 with specifics to the run.
- Assist with Auxiliary work (bagging, drying, grinding, tooling etc.)
- Identify tasks that need attention during down times.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Follow all safety protocols including the use of PPE.
