Banquet Catering Servers Needed!
We are seeking professional & reliable Banquet servers with a can-do attitude to join our NYC team. Qualified candidates will be working with both our corporate and catering clients at their various events and banquets, providing excellent customer service. Since we are a staffing firm, we offer flexible schedules- you pick when you want to work. Shifts available will include days, nights and weekends- whatever works best for you!

Responsibilities:
- Report to all assignments on time, in proper uniform for each client and with your tools
- Maintain a professional appearance with uniforms ironed and shoes shined
- Tuxedo pants (wash and wear) is required for one client
- Always wear black dress style slip-resistant shoes that can be shined
- Set up and breakdown of events
- Follow proper steps of service for banquets in order to provide outstanding service to your guests
- Knowledge of food & wine service practices?
- Communicate effectively with clients, guests and co-workers
- Able to utilize our employee App/portal to confirm and update your availability for work and to view, accept, decline and track job offers and assignments

- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Work seamlessly within a team that will fluctuate frequently
- Flexibility with job duties and schedules
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Have a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients, guests and coworkers
- Required: 2 years of banquet/ catering experience with sit down service
- 2 former professional banquet/ catering references
- Certificate of completion of an NYSLA recognized alcohol awareness training programming such as from The American Safety Council or Tips is a plus
