Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the processing of payroll for union workers and office employees.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of employee hours worked, wages earned, and benefits.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies and errors in a timely manner.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction union payroll management.
- Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail in payroll processing.
