Responsibilities : Accurate input of payroll data, and running the full Payroll cycle, compiling a monthly pay run of over 2000 employeesMaintain and file personnel and payroll documents after semi-monthly payroll process is completeComplete the new hire and termination payroll procedure, including any adjustments to final payrollRespond to calls and emails regarding the payroll schedule, overtime queries, payroll adjustments, how to navigate the self service moduleMaintain and file personnel and payroll documents after semi-monthly payroll process is completeVerify payroll previews every pay cycle against previous payroll registersPrepare all payroll reports as requiredProvide first line support for all payroll and HR queriesComplete Payroll processing and administrationProcess a semi-monthly payroll accurately and timelyWe are an equal opportunity employer and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
