What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Estimator position at Tempstar Staffing?
Tempstar Staffing has an immediate opening for a direct hire commercial estimator, who wants to find a career and grow with the company. Will be a 1st shift opportunity, Mon - Fri 7am - 5pm and the pay will be $55-65K DOE. Your primary responsibilities include:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Responsible for accurate estimating commercial fencing opportunities; presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing customers
o Follow up on leads, invitations to bid, and prospects online
o Immediate responses to all customer questions and pricing needs
o Responsible for preparation of all necessary shop drawings and product submittals
o Maintain clear lines of communication with clients and installation personnel
o Experience/familiarity in construction strongly preferred
