Duties
- Cultivate cannabis plants by performing tasks such as planting, watering, and fertilizing.
- Manage irrigation systems to ensure optimal moisture levels for plant health.
- Conduct regular inspections of plants to monitor growth, identify pests, and assess overall health.
- Collect data on plant growth and environmental conditions to inform cultivation practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the growing areas, including greenhouses and outdoor fields.
- Utilize knowledge of plant identification to manage various strains effectively.
- Assist in landscape management and lawn care as needed to support the cultivation environment.
- Collaborate with team members to implement best practices for sustainable farming.
Experience
- Previous experience in farming, gardening, or landscape management is preferred.
- Familiarity with data collection methods related to agricultural practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and techniques for effective water management.
- Experience working in outdoor environments and greenhouses is beneficial.
