What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
. Represent TSI and its portfolio of products to assigned small and medium multi-location retail customers.
. Be responsible for the sales, profit, expenses, marketing, and merchandising functions for the assigned customers.
. Build productive relationships with each company's key decision makers.
. Lead the customer account planning cycle and develop strategic short- and long-run plans that will achieve predetermined sales goals.
. Coordinate with the customers and the TSI field sales associates to implement training programs for the customers' relevant employees.
. Ensure that all the customers' needs and expectations are met.
. Regularly evaluate customer performance and develop strategies to sustain successes and improve deficiencies.
. Perform other duties as assigned.
