Technical Skills Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive EVV functional skills training to individuals with disabilities, ensuring that they understand how to use the system efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, including progress notes and evaluation results.
• Develop and implement customized training plans to meet the unique needs of each individual, taking into account their abilities and learning styles.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of services and optimal outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• A minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a training or support role.
• Strong knowledge of personal care management (PCM) principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Russian is an asset.
