Responsible for supporting the Tempus FI Program in recording and processing fraudulent activities. This involves a broad range of tasks such as fraud referrals, Investigator Cases, and frequent correspondence, requiring system management and communication skills. Assure ongoing compliance with Tempus quality and FI contract requirements.

Essential Functions
- Receive, process, and transmit fraud referrals to State Agencies and PCM Agencies
- Communicate with State Agencies to provide all requested documentation in support of Investigator Cases
- Maintain records of communications, requests, and transmissions via email, fax, and occasional mailings
- All other related or assigned duties
