Your Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable individual to join our GTM Strategy and Analytics team as a GTM Operations Analyst. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the GTM Operations function, providing valuable insights to executives and internal stakeholders. You will assist in streamlining processes, migrating dashboards to new data sources, ensuring the accuracy of critical sales data, and building Tableau dashboards using various data sources to deliver insights that drive business decisions. This is a unique opportunity for a professional with transferable skills who is looking to shift their career focus to operations and analytics, with exposure to high-level sales strategy and cross-functional collaboration.

Your Opportunity
- Tableau Environment Organization, Optimization & Maintenance: Assist with maintaining an organized Tableau environment to ensure smooth access to important sales reports and data.
- Dashboard Management: Support the creation, migration, and maintenance of Tableau dashboards, providing insights into sales pipeline, revenue, KPIs, quota attainment, and more.
- Business Insights: Assist in translating sales data into actionable insights that will be used to inform executive decision-making and drive strategy across the business.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with teams across the organization, including Sales, FP&A, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure reporting consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and organization of sales data, helping to improve the efficiency of reporting processes and support business planning.
- The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset and a strong willingness to learn. While prior experience with specific tools or processes is valuable, this role provides the opportunity for hands-on training, and your ability to adapt quickly and learn new systems will be essential to your success.
- Proven ability to adapt to new challenges and work in areas that may initially be unfamiliar.
- Strong attention to detail, especially with data validation, reporting accuracy, and dashboard maintenance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across the organization and communicate insights clearly to senior leadership.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Tableau, Salesforce.com, and SQL is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a consultative approach, critical thinking, and problem-solving mindset.
