Tenacious Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to support our corporate office located in the Northern VA area. This job can be fully remote, but we prefer candidates in the DC metropolitan area for collaboration purposes, and occasional on-site meetings. The Senior Contacts Manager will direct and coordinate the contract functions with a focus on acquisition client relationship management, terms and conditions, proposal support, project execution, and risk mitigation across a variety of program types.

Primary job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Interface directly with the CEO to address any issues that may arise during capture, proposal development, contract negotiation, execution, or completion.
- Develop, negotiate, and execute contract and subcontract agreements, negotiate clauses and draft agreements.
- Maintain and manage contract obligations, oversee changes, and ensure smooth fulfillment of all contract terms with our partners and vendors.
- Work with subcontractors to understand and evaluate accounting practices.
- Negotiate and resolve any disputes.
- Identify potential risks in contract terms and propose mitigation strategies.
- Craft, evaluate, negotiate and execute a wide variety of different contracts covering a range of transactions.
- Create and maintain relationships with partners and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts.
- Prepare regular reports on contract status, performance, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements such as OCI Plans, reporting, deliverables, Service Contract Act/Wage Determination, etc.
- Monitor, track, analyze, prepare and negotiate contractual agreements such as Teaming, Non-Disclosure, Memorandum of Understanding/Memorandum of Agreement and other binding agreements as required.
- Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
- Review and approve invoices related to contracts ensuring invoices accuracy and compliance.
- Minimum clearance at the Secret level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related major.
- 10 years of experience with contract management, including overseeing large, complex proposals, negotiations, and administration for DoD and federal contracts.
- Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARs, and Public Law.
- Experience with JAMIS CMS is desired.
- Thorough understanding of Cost accounting.
- Certification in contract management (e.g., NCMA's Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM)) preferred.
- Proficiency in the use of standard office software and applications (MS Office, Acrobat, etc.).
