Job Summary: Assists G4 to prepare annual capital and operating budgets; conducts real property site visits and inspections, process space management requests, utilizes automated systems to management portfolio, facilitates the record keeping for all phases of property life-cycle management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of (3) Years of Asset Management/Property Management experience, High School Diploma/GED, band (active) CLASS C Driver’s License
OR
- Minimum of (5) Years of Asset Management/Property Management experience, Associates of Arts Degree, and (active) CLASS C Driver’s License
Physical Requirements: Primarily Mobile; The work environment occurs primarily in office interiors and building settings. Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 50 lbs. Will need to walk exterior /interior building sites and evaluate projects. Tour warehouses and buildings on post.
General Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing CBC’s assets, including tracking, maintaining, and updating them. This ensures assets are in good condition, used efficiently, and that the organization gets the most value from them.
- Asset management policies and procedures: Developing and implementing asset management policies and procedures.
- Asset management reporting: Monitoring and reporting on asset performance and utilization.
- Asset management compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Asset management guidance: Providing advice and guidance on asset management issues to other departments.
- Asset management coordination: Coordinating with other departments to ensure assets are used efficiently and effectively.
- Asset management security: Implementing and monitoring security measures for communication systems and networks.
- Asset management training: Training staff on asset management principles, processes, and procedures.
- Coordinate the efforts of all contractor personnel to meet assigned goals.
- Responsible for adjusting operations and personnel to meet assigned goals.
- Maintain records for accountability and to an audit standard.
- Support excellence in customer service and deliver excellent customer service both to internal and external customer while having the ability to work collaboratively to build professional working relationships with colleagues, coworkers, and customers.
- Identify safety concerns to Supervisor and other required stakeholders. (DOD, ARMY, OSHA, ANSI, other industry identified)
- Assist in maintaining accurate files and provide documentation to Government Lead when requested.
- Provide and assist with required monthly data to Supervisor for a monthly report/tracking matrix of all related matters.
- Make sure that all administrative functions/paperwork is in order relative to receipt documentation, work orders, or internal paperwork are accomplished on time and in the required format.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe worksite while performing or conducting job duties and be attentive to detail.
- Support the mission, vision, values, and goals of the US ARMY.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.30 - $29.66 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
