Position Overview:
We are expanding our dynamic US IT team with an IT Project Manager. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a variety of projects, collaborating with various teams, and overseeing the implementation and deployment of these projects.
Project responsibilities include technical onboarding of acquisition (M&A), managing Request for Proposal (RFP’s), contract renewals and approvals, local and global software implementations, and managing partners on continuous improvement projects.
In this role you will work closely with your colleagues from the different departments, business units and international IT team. And as this is a newly created position, you will play a crucial role in the set-up of this new PMO function.

Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee projects from start to finish, including planning, coordinating teams, managing budgets, and driving progress.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders, provide support, and foster collaboration among teams.
- Risk Management & Quality Assurance: Identify risks, ensure high-quality solutions, and conduct post-mortem analyses.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project documentation and deliver presentations on project status.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on trends, propose process improvements, and lead best practice adoption.
- At least 3 years proven experience as a Project Manager in the software development or IT industry.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps is desirable
- Good leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing complex projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with Enterprise solution with a strong focus on the Microsoft stack.
- Project Management certification (e.g., AZ-400, PMP, Scrum Master, or Prince2).
