What are the responsibilities and job description for the Learning & Culture Intern position at Tencent Americas?
This intern position will be part of the Culture & Learning team looking after employees development as well as culture engagement initiatives. During the internship, you will be supporting different learning and culture related programmes to facilitate our employees' development and create an inclusive environment where everyone voice is heard and respected.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of different learning materials including but not limited to powerpoint decks, guidelines, e-learning modules and etc
- Assist in learning operation such as drafting learning invites, sending invitations, managing learning records and etc
- Participate in the design and implementation of culture, employee engagement and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion related projects
- Collaborate with different business and support teams to create high-quality cultural stories with the use of different multimedia such as videos, posters, blogs
- Draft and design posters, banners and emails to promote learning and culture related programmes
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master student in HR or Communications or related major
- Great communicator and willing to interact with employees to understand their needs
- Excellent in content creation such as employee stories, visuals, infographics and promotion materials
- Able to work independently with strong collaboration skill and team spirit
- Love to learn and eager to explore new things
- Experience in using Photoshop, Canva and video editing software
- Fluent in both spoken and written English; Mandarin is a plus
