We are searching for an Office Manager to work at our Spring hill facility!
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office. You will play a key role in managing clerical tasks, coordinating staffing needs, maintaining filing systems, and fostering positive employee relations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
This position will have identical responsibilities for our Dunnellon facility, where you will travel somedays to do in-person work. Mileage will be reimbursed!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate staffing needs by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and benefits documentation.
- Oversee the filing and organization of office documents, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance with record-keeping requirements.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee recognition initiatives.
- Assist in planning and organizing office events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective purchasing.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the organization.
A qualified candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Level 2 Background Screening Clearance
- 1 years of verifiable Office Manager or related experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative to address them
- Flexibility and ability to embrace change and seek feedback with a growth mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in UKG and Microsoft Office preferred
