Position Overview: The Commercial Sales Account Manager will manage and grow our commercial client base in addition to some residential involvement. Responsibilities include maintaining existing accounts, upselling services, acquiring new clients, and developing proposals.
Reports to: Owner
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and retain existing commercial accounts.
- Prospect and secure new business through outreach and cold calling.
- Build and present proposals.
- Ensure accurate estimate measurements and analysis.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure service quality.
- Handle contract renewals and address client issues.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years in service sales or project management, preferably in landscaping.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and general PC applications.
- High degree of honesty, perseverance, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience selling for a company doing service and installation sales is a plus.
