We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our snow removal team. As a Snow Removal Crew Member, you will be responsible for clearing snow and ice from driveways, walkways, sidewalks, and other designated areas using hand tools such as shovels, snow blowers, and ice scrapers. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced position that plays a vital role in ensuring the safety of our clients during the winter season.
What You Will Do :
- Shovel snow from walkways, driveways, and other areas as directed.
- Spread salt or de-icing materials to prevent ice buildup.
- Operate snow blowers and other hand tools as needed.
- Perform all tasks efficiently and safely, following company guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and other crew members.
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
- Arrive promptly for on-call shifts during inclement weather.
What You Will Need :
Compensation for this position is $20.00 hourly
