Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee field operations, ensure compliance with company standards, and support field teams in achieving project objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a hands-on approach to managing field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily field operations, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely.
- Train, mentor, and provide guidance to field personnel to improve performance and productivity.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress, address any issues, and report updates to management.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve operational challenges and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, employee performance, and any incidents in the field.
- Serve as a liaison between field staff, management, and clients, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
- Ensure all equipment and materials are properly used and maintained.
- Assist in workforce planning, scheduling, and logistics coordination.
- Enforce adherence to health and safety policies, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
