JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a bookkeeper to perform accounting processes and tasks in a detail-oriented manner. You'll need to be highly accurate and work in a fast-paced environment.
As an essential part of the accounting team, you will perform monthly accounting processes including bill pay, reconciliations, adjustments, and monthly financial closing tasks. You'll maintain existing reporting systems, use best practices, and prioritize delivering accurate data and reports.
The ideal candidate is process focused, deadline-driven, and organized. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential. We are looking for team players, not superstars.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES
Individual Objectives
1. : Meet financial closing goals based on the number of business days.
2. : Produce accurate results with minimal corrections.

TOTAL COMPENSATION COMPOSITION
: Guaranteed annual compensation.
: Performance-based compensation calculated as a percentage of Base Salary and paid out annually.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform monthly accounting and closing tasks.
2. Handle treasury accounting, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, accounts payable, and client bill payments, and accounting for investments.
3. Collaborate with the team to achieve financial goals.
4. Use Sage Intacct, Bill.com and other systems for financial accounting and reporting.
KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & BEHAVIORAL CHARACTERISTICS
1. Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office products.
2. Advanced Excel knowledge.
3. Proficiency in Sage Intacct, Bill.com, and ADP Run are a plus.
4. Strong judgment and critical thinking.
5. Attention to detail and precision.
6. Works well in a team.
7. Strong ethics and compliance with laws and regulations.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. 2 years of general accounting experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
