Lead Nurse Practitioner Position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Nurse Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert clinical guidance and support to nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization.
Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical policies and procedures; mentoring and coaching nurse practitioners; and participating in organizational-wide initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and quality of care.
Requirements
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a nurse practitioner.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant specialty area, preferably in a leadership or educational capacity.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
