Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, restrooms, and other school facilities.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling.
- Set up and take down chairs, tables, and other equipment for events.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior custodial experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform custodial tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to pass a background check and Criminal Justice Fingerprint Clearance.
