Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate on cutting-edge 3D CAD and 2D drawing projects : Develop, review, and release designs into our innovative system.
• Get hands-on with prototype builds : Assist in creating prototypes for customer orders and testing parts.
• Drive continuous improvement : Participate in projects that enhance our processes and procedures.
• Support diverse manufacturing tasks : Engage in activities like tube/rod bending, quality assurance, prototype fabrication, and generating work orders.
• Translate customer needs into actionable tests : Understand specifications and create precise test instructions.
• Dive into data analysis : Assess test results for durability and reliability, and craft detailed reports.
• Organize and update documentation : Keep our DVPR and related documents in top shape.
• Collaborate across teams : Work on projects with various functional groups at Tenneco.

Required Experience

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or similar discipline. Prefer Sophomore level or higher.
