The Operations Excellence Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the plant, with a focus on cost reduction and process performance improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years manufacturing experience in Engineering role. Experience in identifying areas of improvement. Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement or Process Improvement.
- Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
