We are seeking a highly experienced Process Optimization Specialist to join our team at Tenneco. As a leader in the field of continuous improvement, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across our global operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies, leveraging your expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Process Improvement.
- Facilitate projects aimed at generating cost reductions, process performance improvements, and efficient leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful CI training programs at all levels of the Plant.
- Lead kaizen events to resolve quality issues and concerns, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, or Process Improvement.
- Hold a Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification, demonstrating your expertise in these critical areas.
- Be an exceptional communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Have experience with Constraint Management and controlled problem-solving tests.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking and the ability to operate independently under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with writing standardized work is essential.
