What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Specialist position at Tennessee Community Services Agency?
Tennessee Community Services Agency is seeking a full time Administrative Specialist/Fiscal Assistant. This position works from the Union City, Tennessee office.
Job duties include, but not limited to:
- Processing payroll for 175 employees,
- Process related payroll benefits invoices and reconciliations,
- Quarterly 941 tax reporting,
- Grant contract reimbursement requests and reports,
- Miscellaneous reporting and clerical support as assigned by the Fiscal Director.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency required; Associates degree a plus,
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word,
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, multitask and follow instructions,
- Be detail-oriented and keep a well organized work area,
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment,
- Dependability and Attendance is essential.
- Must authorize the release of any investigative and criminal records obtained by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to TNCSA. Background investigation must indicate no conviction of a felony.
